Applied Sc (Osteopathy) is offering you the opportunity to experience a highly personalized body assessment and balancing session utilizing osteopathic techniques, Applied Kinesiology, Body Talk, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Visceral Release to free your body of past traumas and enhance your ability to heal and function optimally.
Tracy has had a three-decade journey from ‘traditional’ Osteopathic practice and techniques to now combining energy medicine and muscle testing (Applied Kinesiology) with hands on manual medicine, deep soft tissue release and joint articulation.

From birth and throughout our lives we are programed from other people's judgement, opinions and their personal needs projected onto us. And something that may of felt traumatic as a child can create triggers in later life. Low self esteem and lack of self trust can also create self sabotage in later life. I specialise in helping people overcome fear, whether it presents itself as Anxiety, Panic attacks or PTSD.
